Rivalane Reviews

I needed to ship a large SUV (private car) from Boston to Charlotte, and found Rivalane through online search (I also wanted to avoid the big, national companies). Kris Wolf worked with me to find the carrier to pick up and deliver the car in the timeframe I desired. The price was fair, and the communication was great. Kris was very upfront and transparent, and always responded quickly. I had a couple of phone calls with him and then mostly used text. The whole process was smooth and pleasant.

I had posted on Shiply but didn’t feel comfortable there. So I decided to go with a broker. The online platforms don’t provide the same level of service and assurance, and their prices are not necessarily better. I much prefer this experience; it’s worth it.

I was recommended Rivalane by a friend who had a great experience transporting their car, and I’m really glad I chose them too. They helped transport my car from Commack, New York to Florida, and the entire process was smooth and stress free. From the beginning, they clearly explained how everything works and guided me through each step. I received advance notice with the estimated pickup and delivery times, and they were great about working around my schedule. Their professionalism and communication stood out, and I always felt informed and confident that my car was in good hands.

I highly recommend Rivalane to anyone looking for reliable and professional vehicle transport services.

I had a really great experience with the entire vehicle shipping process. From the initial booking to the final delivery, everything was handled smoothly and professionally. They kept me updated along the way, answered my questions, and made sure everything went according to plan.

The vehicle was picked up and delivered when they said it would be, and there were no unexpected issues or hidden surprises. I was especially impressed by how easy they made the whole process.

If you need a dependable company to handle your vehicle transport, I would definitely recommend them. I wouldn’t hesitate to use their service again in the future.

They took care of my favorite little car, transporting it from South Carolina to Long Island, New York. I am very happy with the service I received from Rivalane.

Everything went well, and I felt at ease knowing my car was in good hands. A special shoutout to Antony he is the best! He was helpful, professional, and made the whole experience fast. Highly recommend!

Excellent experience from start to finish! The entire vehicle transportation process was stress-free, easy, and handled professionally. Communication was great throughout, and everything was arranged exactly as promised. My vehicle was picked up and delivered on time, with no surprises or delays.

I truly appreciated how smooth and hassle-free the process was. If you're looking for a reliable auto transport brokerage that keeps you informed and delivers excellent service, I highly recommend them. I would definitely use their services again!

I can’t say enough good things about this company especially Kris Wolf. Kris made what was a nightmare after my original company bailed and I was in a tight timeline getting my Hummer out to Scottsdale. Kris was true to his word and kept me updated through the entire process. Was even having an issue paying with the online link and he said just wait until after it’s delivered.

If I could give this company 10 stars I would. KRIS WOLF thank you and Rivalane thank you.

My vehicle was being transported between the holidays, and I was worried about communication, as I had bad experiences with other brokers before.

I was pleasantly surprised by how smooth and stress free the entire process was with Rivalane. Everything went perfectly, and communication was great. Thank you so much to the whole team.

I spoke with a lot of companies before reaching out to Rivalane. All the other companies I didn’t feel confident with. This company seemed clear, straight forward and professional. My driver was very helpful, and stayed in contact with me all the time. I had already left when he picked up my car with my family and I give them 5 stars. Thank you 😊
